Welcome to the first step to your fitness journey with me, DeAndre Walker, your personal fitness trainer.

 

My fitness program is designed to achieve weight loss, muscle tone, endurance and to boost the metabolism.

A series of drills with 30 second time intervals allows each individual to give their maximum effort while also gaining confidence and self esteem.

I have a diverse background that includes basketball, 
collegiate baseball and 22 years of martial arts training, 
I am also CPR certified, a certified personal trainer,
a 1st degree black belt in Kajukenbo,
and a proud point sparring fighter of the world renowned
Team Paul Mitchell.
